96 Accord Wagon Door Locks wont work
Car: 1996 Honda Accord LX Wagon, 2.2l v4.
Hey, today i was looking to get out of my car and when i shut off the ignition, the locks didnt open. The switches to the locks wouldnt open any of them either. Car alarm remote just armed and disarmed the alarm.
Can only open the door with the key or pulling the lock cylinder thing.
Could this be the door lock control box in the driver door or the driver side actuator?
I checked the 20A fuse and it was fine.
Please help!
Thanks!

Re: 96 Accord Wagon Door Locks wont work
Nevermind, i ended up solving the issue today
Ended up being the Door Lock control unit ((black box on mine))
One of the solder points came un-done or something?
But just soldered it and hooked up temporarily, everything works great.
Kinda annoyed my splash shield was all ripped up, wasnt aware the door panel has been opened and worked on in the life of the car. The person just covered it in clear packing tape. Crap job
Driver Side Door Panel
Had to disconnect controls and screws
Inside of driver side door panel
door panel
Door lock control unit
top side of board in box
underside of board in box
Pin towards left, solder went wonky
temporary test of locks
