95 Honda Accord Trans problem
I have a 95 Honda Accord, D4 light blinks but I can't get a code because it continously blinks, no short or long blinks. Transmission shifts hard, takes a long time to get up any speed. Speedometer doesn't work. I replaced speed sensor and replaced throttle position sensor or TPS, still same issues.

So when you pulled the two wire blue connector down from behind the glove box, and jumpered it, it just blinked on and off when you turned the ignition to II(ON)?

if u cant pull a code then the TCU/TCM is bad and needs replaced
but before u do this i would change the trans fluid and pull the ECM fuse from under the hood for 20 sec and see if the issue returns
