Default 95 Accord EX V6 SRS light

Hi folks I've encountered an issue with my brother in-law's Canadian 95 Honda Accord EX V6.

The SRS light was on and I did the SRS reset and it was good for about a year or so and then the light came on again. I cannot recall off the top of my head if the 95 accord SRS fault code could be pulled by jumping the CEL diagnostic connector.

Since the 95 Accord SRS system was integral to the unit at the center of the car mounted to the floor I wanted to know how hard it would be to swap the SRS module with a used one from pick n' pull.

1. Last week I found a SRS unit that someone yanked at the auto wreckers and left it on the rear seat. The car at the wreckers was NOT crashed in any way but just by chance someone took the SRS unit out. It was a bit wet and I don't know if was dropped but I purchased it anyways and took it home. I opened it up, everything is DRY and clean and the metal case show no signs of being dropped on a hard surface.
2. My understanding is the yellow SRS connectors are finicky to remove. Judging my how the female connector is situated in the SRS module I would assume that there is no easy way of removing the SRS connectors without breaking them.
3. are there ANY consequences of putting in a SRS module from another car into my brother in-law's accord? I would hate to install it, hook the battery up and have the air bags deploy in my driveway. I couldn't possibly imagine how much it would cost to replace the airbags if I accidentally popped them.
4. Is there ANY chance I could screw up and deploy them in other ways OTHER than what I just said in point 3? I am very mechanically and electrically proficient but am not very familiar with SRS systems other than the fact that they are dangerous to work on.
5. The SRS module I got from the wreckers is one from a 94 accord (module says its manufactured in Nov 93). I'm assuming that there are NO compatibility issues putting this into a 95 accord V6.
6. Is there anything else I need to know/do other than be super careful, be patient and most importantly to disconnect the battery for at least 30 minutes?
7. How many of you HT folks have had to replace the SRS module in the mid 90's generation accord?

Many thanks,

no takers? Someone must've swapped out a SRS module before.

I'm just concerned about it popping the air bags in the event the module is bad or something.
