95 Accord Diagnostic jumper connector?
So I can't find the blue jumper to check my timing. I have a 95 Accord its OBD0. Where is the plug? Its not on the passenger side. I took apart the kick panel, its not there.

Your 95 should be OBD1 and the blue connector should be located directly beneath the glove box.

Re: 95 Accord Diagnostic jumper connector?
It should be under the glove box as shown in the link. If it is not there someone has probably tucked it up out of the way or removed it. There should be a 2 pin connector with a RED wire and GRN/BLU wire.
If it is not there. You could try searching for those two wires. Better option would be to look at the ECU. Taking Pin C7 (red SCS wire) and shorting/jumping it to pin D11 (or any sensor ground for that matter) will get you the same CEL flashing outcome.
