Default 94 Honda Accord LX - What to do next?

This forum is a great asset and has helped me find/fix many problems in the past. But I am a bit stumped with this problem so here is my first post...

The car cranks but will not start and here is what I have done so far:

- Listened for the fuel pump when the ignition is first keyed (No sound)
- Per the manual checked for voltage at the fuel pump (No Voltage)
- Per the manual checked the PGM-FI Main Relay (Good)
- Per the manual checked continuity/voltage at the PGM-FI connector (Good)

I am at the point where the manual is asking me to hook up a test harness between the ECM and connectors. I don't have one of those, they seem to hard to find and that means they are probably a bit expensive.

So I guess my question is is it time to take a shot at buying an ECM and seeing if that is the problem?

Thanks

The big question is are you getting voltage at the main relay ?

my first thought as well.
possibly a failed key switch. or wiring. or fuse.

Using the manual I tested the connector for the PGM-FI main relay as follows:

- Black terminal and body ground (Good)
- Voltage between White/Green and body ground (Good)
- Ignition switch on, voltage between Red/White and body ground (Good)
- Ignition switch start position, Blue/Red and body ground (Good)

Has me baffled as what to check next.
