Post 94 accord ex 4dr A/T ECM replacement

My Dad unexpectedly passed away on Dec 29 2010. I now have his 94 Accord. He had taken excellent care of this automobile. Looks and runs like new. Except the A/C. He had problems with the A/C and everything had been replaced on it. It finally quit. After reading on the forums I found information from the Ghost on how to troubleshoot and found that the problem was in the ECM. Signal was going in but not coming out of ECM to engage A/C clutch. I followed his instructions on how to bypass the ECM for this function and the A/c now works great although the ECM will not step up the idle. So I decided to do it right and replace the ECM. I ordered a used one and have recieved 2 so far from ACE. A third one is on the way. The so called technician at ACE is trying to tell me that there is nothing wrong with the ECM's they are sending me. He told me yesterday that my ECM has reprogrammed itself for something that has happenned to my engine and that is why the ECM'S they keep sending me will not run the car properly. After all the trouble with them I am at my witts end. This car runs like a swiss watch with my ECM. All they have sent me have many different problems any suggestions?
