The last page of the 97 standard foglight instructions is a wiring diagram that may help.

Your harness looks exactly like the one that came with my 95 Depo foglights from ebay.

I should have my 95 Accord foglight installation instructions that came with my Depo foglights. I can upload them if it might help. They are a bit different than the 96-97 both the mounting and the wiring.

Thanks for all the help. I went full retard with wiering. I just ran hot wire to the switch and they light up whenever I want! I tried putting yellow tint on them, but this pepboys stuff shrank lol. Will have to paint them or get better quality tint.

I might need to put in one way screw to keep lunatics from this website from running off with my fogs lol.
