Hello to all, It's been a few years since I worked on an older Honda having owned newer cars recently but here is what is happening in my world. I have a 93 Accord Wagon that will start, run for about 2-3 seconds and die. If I try to feather the throttle it just chokes out and dies. It's acting like its starving for fuel. New fuel and air filters recently. When I lay down under the column and put my right hand on the relay (you know the one) and turn the key on, I can hear and feel the relay click on, then off. When I start the car I can feel it click on again and it stays on until after the engine dies. If it were a bad relay, wouldn't it click off before the engine died, thus killing it?
Also, as for the fuel pump. Since it actually starts, that's telling me that the pump is working and if memory serves, a pump either works or not. I guess the sock could be plugged (for the past couple of months I have noticed it real sluggish under a load, even died a couple of times but after about 2 minutes, started right back up).
