Default 92 honda accord Diagnostics readings...

I placed a paper clip in the terminals and when I put the ingition on (engine off) the green light blinks around the D4. My problem is that I count 100 single 1 second blinks consecutively then stopped counting. I was under the impression that I would see a long blink = 10 and short blinks = 1. Why did it do non stop 1 sec blinks? There was no difference in time between blinks... it was all the same. Could this mean something? Maybe it was Code #1?

To put more detail to my problem, I think it may be something with the transmition sensors etc. I took out the TCU and inspected it and found nothing burnt out.

If anyone can shed the light on this it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

JOn

Also this may be it.... if the code is below 10 then it's the ECM... which could make sense. My car was flooded and I cleaned/dried that out but some peice fell off. I had no problem until now... and that was over a year ago.

If the ECM is damaged in any way could this play a role in my radio going on and off on and off and my break lights going on when they feel like it?

Maybe this is what the diagnostics are trying to tell me?
