If you haven't broken the breaker bar yet, then you need a bigger cheater bar.
What happened to me with a very stubborn axle on a Prelude. 1/2" breaker bar and 4' steel cheater pipe sheared the 1/2" drive off the breaker bar.
Ended up having to purchase a 3/4" drive breaker bar, and 5' piece of steel pipe. With all 240lbs on the end of it I was able to coax the nut to budge. This was after giving the nut a few good whacks with a socket and 3lb single jack. Don't wail on the nut as you may damage the threads. Also soaked the nuts threads with PB blaster.
I would be weary of using a torch as you do not want to damage the bearing.
Try applying torque via the breaker bar as an assistant gives a few good raps on the socket with a hammer.

Re: 92 accord cv axle problem
Do what mike said, however let me add this.
First, take a jack, preferably the ones with the castle top type and after you set the socket on the axle nut, jack the jack up under the socket until it just reaches the socket so that the socket is straight on the nut. Then when you put the breaker bar and cheater bar on the nut you can actually kinda jump up and down until it breaks the nut free, without worrying too much about the socket being offcenter on the nut and possibly stripping it. Just be careful if the breaker bar breaks so that you don't get hurt. Just have a pillow or something soft underneath to help catch ur fall.
