Default 91 model / Transmission Control Module (TCM)

Ok, I have located the burnt spot in my TCM. It's a rather small spot; and at first I mistook it for a marking/marker. Now, I'm curious...

My part # is (91 ACCORD)
28100-PXO-832-M1-3LZ

I have located a good TCM from a 92 Accord part # on it is
28100-PX0-721-M1-3LX

Can I use the TCM from the 92 Accord to replace the TCM from my 91 Accord?

not sure about that. I have never done much with automatic cars but what was your symtoms to know that the TCM was bad. Cuase I am having trouble with a 90 accord. As for your question I would say it would work, but you should be able to ask a junk yard.

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1048032 This one was extrememly helpful after I realized there was probably only 2 of the same Accords as mine THAT DIDN'T HAVE THIS PROBLEM!
