Default Radiator Fans not working...A/C not working

Ok so neither one of the radiator fans has been working for a long time...I live in Tennessee so I do a lot of stop and go driving and it never really overheats unless I have to sit in bad traffic for a long time and it rarely does this.but neither fan ever comes on..I figured out one fuse was missing a while back..replaced that and my fan kicked on but it only did it this one time

Another questioin..My A/C does not blow cold at all..it hasnt since ive had the car and its getting warm and Id like to have some cool air for the spring/summer temps..anyone have any ideas Im thinking the A/C compressor might be bad..but maybe a recharge would work? how much do these usually run at an auto shop?

A/C charge you're probably looking at at least $80. And if any of your components are bad or you have a leak, you get to pay to replace those and then charge the system again.
