Re: 91 accord oil leak
no nothing else .. no smoke from tailpipe just well a lil bit its an old car .. few days ago i drove maybe 2 miles when i stopped a **** load of smoke came from under the hood and there was a decent amount of oil right above the exhaust ... there is some coming from valve cover but not enough to say thats the only problem. its realy wierd its seems to be comming up from under ya know? it looks like its coming from the exhaust manifold gasket not under but on top filling up those little pockets/joints with a pool of oil but that sounds impossible right? do u have an email i cant post pics on this site

Re: 91 accord oil leak
Your valve cover is the only place in the area that contains engine oil.
If it's not coming out of the gasket and your head isn't cracked (which you would probably know) then check the spark plug tubes, it could fill them up and the VC painted black doesn't like showing oil leak paths. Also, check the rubber grommets under the bolts/nuts. These can also leak oil if the crack or age too much.
