1994 honda accord Ex Help needed please help.
As my first car i brought this a year ago. It had 350000 miles on it so i decided to gut it and replace everything with original honda parts. The purpose of this car was to make a daily driver not a racer. I brought a motor from hmotorsonline a f22b sohc vtec its a exact replacement for the f22b1 that came stock with the car. So now i have it running it cranks fine motor sounds great only thing is that it idles mostly after warming up. There is white smoke comeing out of tailpipe bit it smells like normal exhaust fumes doest smell sweet as if coolant is mixing. It idles up and down and high when in drive its at 1 rpm i have idle adjust screw all the way down. Here is what i have done to try and solve the high idle and reving idle. IAC with two used and a brand new one. egr solenoid eg valve both brand new ive check all my vacum lines and no air leak. I am thinking its air leak because i read if you put your hand over the air intake the car is suppose to cut off and mines does not. if it is a air leak where else can ait leak from besides vacum lines and how do i check that. I really need this car ruunning for school i got a new 09 accord but i dont wnt to put to many miles on that. and is the 16 hose that goes to the egr valve is that suppse to have a vacuum or not thers is no suction or blowing out that line and its not clogged

Your PCV could be shot, try replacing it with a Honda one. That, and your brake booster line could have a leak in it.

you could check your pcv by blowing through it, if its clogged it wont blow air through the other end(engine side ->vac line). you dont necessarily have to get a new one. If you have a leak in your brake booster line, it would also effect your braking.

You kinda fucked up ******* with the idle screw. ******* with the idle screw is the last resort and you went straight to it. You need to find where the stock setting on the idle screw is set and and revert it back to it.
Nowto answer you question.
Non of the advice will work with out you having that screw back to stock settings. So find out what that is first and THEN try these steps.
You did not mention your FIT valve. You need to tight that down and back it off 1 1/2 turns. Secondly you need to properly bleed your coolant system. first with the rad cap off . then with the rad cap on there is a bleeder screw on your t-stat housing bleed the bubbles out and seal the system. And also adjust your tps with a volt meter this step is easy too just need a voltmeter.
I did all these to my car once and it got the idle from 3k to about 1k. Then when it bounced up and down again. I took the throttle body off and noticed that the plate inside had shifted and allowed just a wee bit of air through the cracks. I realigned everything and the idle dropped to about 750-850 rpms.
