Default 9012 bulbs?

Right now I'm doing the 9005 conversion for my accord. The bulbs just keep burning out too quickly. After searching this site looking for a recomendation for new 9006 bulbs, I found someone that said use the 9012 bulb. Has anyone actually used these bulbs? Or does anyone have any recomendations for 9006 bulbs? Thanks.

Farenheit bulbs I have now are a little better than stock. Eurolite Super Plasma bulbs I had were good too but the 9006 ones burnt out like every 2 months and I tried more than one pair. I haven't had the Farenheits that long but so far the seem good although not blue. The Silverstars are supposed to be good too but they seem about like the Farenheit ones to me at double the price. I have thought about doing the 9005 conversion but don't know if I want to if they burn out that fast. My Eurolite high beam bulbs have lasted about 2 years *knock on wood* but the low beams just kept burning out I liked them a lot also though. Both a little better than stock.

Honestly I have never heard of these and have looked at a few sites and they don't have them and they have lots of bulbs. Any links to info on them?

I found this site talking about them http://www.hirheadlights.com/ the don't sound too bad. They sound pretty good but having never used a set I have no idea because the blue bulb companys also say they are better when you can't see half what you can with stock bulbs or other good bulbs. I searched on eBay like it said and found one set ending in a little under 3 hours but they are buy it now only for $29.95. With $7.50 shipping thats not too bad but I don't think I want to be the first to jump on these things for $40 if they are worse than stock.

after looking on ebay and at that site, it's $29.95 each bulb. so including shipping it's $70! I'll wait until the price comes down.

I didn't notice that I thought it was $30 for both. Lol that is expensive for some non HID bulbs.

keep in my mind your low beams are on all the time your headlights are on, your high beams are rarely on. look at it in usage, not a timeline. your high beams probably only have 10-20 hours on them in 2 years. the bulb size doesnt matter.

Thing was they usually didn't get turned on during the day they do now but didn't then sometimes did but not usually and we don't really drive that much at night well didn't then but we do drive some at night. I have read some other bad things about them buring out quickly. I had a friend with some Eurolite Xenon Crystal bulbs and hers lasted almost a year but burnt out also where as my stock bulbs lasted like 6 years. She had the 9007 bulbs though as they wernt in an Accord. I would get Silverstars or Farenheit.
