Default 90 accord ex hesitating under partial throttle
my accord is sputtering / hesitating under partial throttle. Full throttle alleviates this. Also, when the check engine light pops on, the car runs fine too.

I have installed new plugs, cap, rotor, wires and air filter. problem did not go away. Can someone please steer me into the right direction to solve this problem!

You need to pull the check engine code to see what the problem is. Do a search for how to do that.

Check the TPS output. Other than that how old is the 02 sensor. I'd start w/ those two.

Have not checked the TPS, but I know the 02 sensor is older than 10 years... checking the 02 first.. thanks.

a little update, heh after 1.5 years: It was the TPS.
