6th gen accord dash lights
i have a 98 accord lx 4 door and my dash lights instrument cluster,a/c heater controls radio and clock lights wont turn on when i turn on parking or headlight i've changed the instrument cluster with dimmer switch i've changed light switch on steering column i've checked all fuses on driver and passenger side and checked fuses and relays under hood cant find any pinched or shorted wires i've yanked cluster out and couldnt find any burnt bulbs or shorts on circuit board of cluster i was told there was a computer under drivers side dash that controls all lights on and in car that a micro-chip may have fried but i don know how good of a resource this is any help would be much app. thank you

Mines burnt out a while back, it a pain in ___ to takeout, but the install in alot easier. I got so frustrated I literally snapped the old one in pieces during and after removal.
