Default accord timing belt issues

today my friend and I were putting his 92 accord with the f22 engine back together after replacing the timing belt. All was good but we were left with an extra washer from somewhere and I can't figure out where it belongs.

I would assume that this is the order of pieces that go on the idler pulley shaft.

Timing belt tensioner
balance belt tensioner
adjusting nut

Is there a washer that goes anywhere in the above pieces?

I don't think there are ANY washers that belong to the timing belt/balance belt area. Am I correct in assuming this? I have the factory service manual and I don't see any washers anywhere.

Thanks

one more thing... when remounting the crank pulley is the surface of the inside of the pulley supposed to be flush with the crankshaft or is it suppose to be a bit raised from the crank?

thanks

The washer goes on between the T-belt tensioner and the nut.

Did you remember to install the belt guide on the crank before the crank pulley?
