Why not obd1 to obd2 ?
Well, my problem is that many people keep telling me to get the 92-95 h22a swap for my car (accord lx 95) since its obd1. But I want to swap the Euro R or the Type S motor into my car instead (motors are obd2).
Why is it a bad choice to swap those motors into my car?
92-95 h22a

Euro R

Type S

The price of the motor isnt a matter to me.

its not really a bad choice. but why change it when obd1 h22a can be had for cheaper, and you can spend the money you save on bolt-ons or a turbo...what are your plans for the future(small turbo setup? nitrous?)

well, what they are probably referring to is that it will be extremely difficult to convert your car to obd2 in order to take advantage of all the obd2 sensors on these obd2 motors...
but you could actually swap these motors in your accord without converting your car to obd2...you would just have to use obd1 injectors and distributor, etc...it can be done though
