Default 2005 Honda Accord (4-cyl) won't start

My wife's car wouldn't start this morning. She drove it last night and it was fine, but there's something wrong now. When you put the key into the ignition, it works like it's supposed to. When you move it to the next position, it begins clicking. She says that she had this happen in another vehicle and it was either the battery or the starter. I don't think it's the battery because when I put it on the charger it still won't start and my battery tester says the battery is fine. I've read some of the posts on this site and another one. I'm wondering if it's not the starter or alternator now. I'm fairly well versed in cars, but this is our first Honda, so I want some advice before I start an overhaul. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

start with the basics.

Try to jump start it, but make sure you find a good ground on the chassis, sometimes it seems like you should be good but your not.

Also, tap the starter with a hammer, and see if it turns over. If it does, they either rebuild or replace the starter.

Alternators on that car are crappy, so you could also have that load tested at an advanced auto for free.

do not waste your time or money , if it is under warranty take it to the dealer (assuming it is under 36k miles )..

try taking it to a local autozone or pepboys advanced auto parts, somewhere they can test it under load, battery is normally the reason when its clicking, starter will even rough(slow) start or not turn the motor at all.
