2002 accord v tech no compression
Nephew drove sisters car 2002 accord v tech 111,000 miles got hot, took out thermostat, put water in drove 5 miles home, Brother in law took head off had resurfaced and tested good no crack held pressure on bench, put back on car with new bolts and new gasket set, Now have 0 compression on all 4 cylinders, thought might have bad compression gauge, but worked on lawn mower held 70 lbs. Seems I have a common problem with all 4 cylinders showing zero on gauge. This car would start and run no missing before we took off head, Car would run and drive good took about 10 minutes before would move into the red on gauge. No water in oil.

VTEC.
VARIABLE VALVE TIMING AND LIFT ELECTRONIC CONTROL. No H about it. Vtech is a crappy phone.
Sounds like your timing is off letting compression escape as mentioned above.
