Default 2002 Accord dead in the water...please help

Wifes 2002 honda accord ex v6 coupe is having major problems. With 140k miles she called me saying to was running "rough". When i get there is clearly wasn't running on all 6 so i limped it to autozone to have it scanned. It has an evap code plus 3 cylinders and misfiring. The strange thing is that TCS dummy light is also glowing on the dash. After pulling the plugs the 3 cylinders clearly are not getting a spark. Can this be due to bad coils or does it more sound like the ecm. I believe she also has a vent in her gas tank blocked because every so often the car will not start until i remove and reinstall the gas cap. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you

Sorry it took so long to respond. The codes are p0300, p0302, p0304 and p1399. I got an hei ignition tester and i got spark with 5 of 6 coils so i replaced that one. Also replaced the plugs and air filter at the same time. Does anyone have any idea? The engine seemed to run a little smoother after coil and lugs but still had a rough idle and hesitation with acceleration. Would a plugged egr cause these symptoms or does it sound like its more out of time. Was also thinking i might have plugged fuel injectors.

Thanks

Sounds like a distributer isssue, have you replace anything but the coils?

After you replaced the coil, did you check for spark again? If still no spark, can you swap wires? I cant remember if they will stretch, then see if the miss changes cylinder. Then you can at least dismiss the coils/spark plugs.
