1994 Accord EX Automatic Over only with A/C is ON ?????
I have a 1994 Honda Accord EX Automatic with a Brand New Thermostat, New Timing Belt & Water Pump, New Coolant Fluid, New Lower & Upper Coolant Hoses, no bubbles in the coolant and the car ONLY overheats when it's like 100 degree outside with the A/C is ON.
Could be the Fan switch ? But the Fan does come on ?
Maybe the Radiator itself ? But the radiator doesn't look too bad....
Any ideas ?????????????????

Well, I changed the coolant today and flushed out the entire system with the Heater ON and squeezed out all the bubbles from the system.
But I put 75% distilled water and 25% Coolant (Green) this time, let see if my problems goes away.
When I drained my old fluid, I noticed the fluid was VERY GREEN, I'm think I must filled it with either 50/50 or 60% Coolant and 40% water. Maybe it was too thick and was not coolant as much as a thinner (Water Down) Coolant ? Also that was 1.5 years ago since I changed my fluids.
Tested all my Fans (Radiator Fan and A/C Fan) all turned on correctly and the radiator itself was pretty new inside. I also flushed the radiator for 10 mins while the car was running, hopefully most of any gunk should flushed out.
Wish me luck, I'll test it out today.
100 Degrees here today in Sol Cal, yesterday was 107 Degrees

Hi, I have a 1993 Accord Coupe EX and mine was doing the same thing. I checked my air filter which was filty and got a new one. I also bled the thermostat valve near the distributor and I have not had any more problems.
