Honda kid 44

Hello, does anyone know why my radiator fans wouldn't be working? I've tested the fan and it works, I tested the relays, that wasn't the problem. And I've also replaced the electric thermo switch on the lower radiator hose. What else is there and how can I fix it?

Four or six cyl engine.

Does the AC work.

What exaclty is going on.....car starts to overheat and the fans do not come on?

4 cylinder. A/C works. Fans will just NOT come on whatsoever.

Don't take this wrong, I'm just want to be clear on what is going on.

You can put 12v directly to BOTH fans and they will run - Correct?

Engine running and you turn on the AC. AC compressor is running and cold air through vents but BOTH fans DO NOT run - Correct?

Under hood- #57 and #58 - 20 amp

Drivers under dash - #4 - 7.5 amp
