2000 Accord V6 Oil Pan Removal
I need to know how to remove the oil pan on a 2000 Accord V6. It looks like it might come out by just removing the exhaust "Y" pipe first, but I want to know if there are any other problems before I get started.
The oil pan on my 2000 Accord V6 started leaking when I had the Timing Belts replaced.
That doesn't make a lot of sense to me, and the shop that replaced the Timing Belts told me that the oil pan is not touched during the timing belt and water pump work.
The oil pan is leaking at the corner next to the oil filter.
When I look at the "gasket" it does not look like it was created during factory assembly. It has peaks and gaps in it.

Re: 2000 Accord V6 Oil Pan Removal
I need to know how to remove the oil pan from a 2000 Honda Accord. Is there anything real technical like having to pull the engine or anything like that or is it a relatively simple process. Please explain in detail.
