So I've noticed several posts about this problem...car starts fine when it's cold but will not start when it's hot out. Most people have fixed this problem by simply changing the main relay. The Honda dealership kept my car for a week and could not find the issue (?It's their car right?), but thought that I should go ahead and try replacing the main relay. Had it replaced and this did not help. Never had an issue all through the winter but as soon as the weather got hot, the problem resurfaces. Had it looked at by a few different mechanics...no one can pinpoint the problem. I've been told by a couple of people with different cars that have had this problem, to try replacing all the ignition coils. Does anyone think that this could resolve this issue? Somebody help! It's beyond frustrating now!

Instead of replacing stuff *****-nilly, next time your car doesn't start pull the primary voltage feed from your distributor and see if it's getting 12v. (Don't pull the secondary and try to test that, as it's 20,000 volts but you knew that).
If your primary is getting the 12v, then I would consider replacing the ignition coils, but only then.

Keep a 10mm socket and a voltmeter in the car in preparation for testing this.

I'm confused do you have a V6 or a 4 cylinder. Because if its a V6 you won't have a distributor and if its a 4 cylinder you won't have ignition coil(s) just one ignition coil. If you are up to troubleshooting you should try here http://techauto.tripod.com/ its probably one of the best sites for honda/acura ignition troubleshooting.
