I started with clutch hydraulic symptoms. When I hold the clutch pedal in, it slowly loses pressure and I have to push the clutch again for it to disengage enough to shift. Pushing it in and shifting immediately works fine. Makes it a bit difficult at stops, or in a long curve needing to feather the clutch at all.

So I made the diagnoses of a bad MC. Got a new MC, installed it, trying to bleed the system. No pressure at the pedal at all. I have used a vacuum bleeder and pulled fluid through the lines. Removed and cleaned out the slave cylinder, reinstalled, no change. When I bleed the system, I get clean fresh fluid out the bleed screw with no air in it.

I also removed the slave with the line still attached, let the piston out on the slave, you can watch the fluid level in the reservoir drop. Push the piston in slowly, and no air bubbles come out, fluid goes back into the reservoir to the same level as before.

Reinstalled slave, no change, still no pressure at the pedal. After two days of trying to bleed this thing I am in need of some ideas how to go about it differently.

We will normally bleed the system by opening bleeder, push pedal to floor, close bleeder. Repeat. If you get good flow out of the slave with no air bubbles the next step is to pump the pedal, sometimes it takes quite a bit before it works properly.
