Default 1999 Honda Accord Ex v6

The tires that i have on it now are 205/r6016/91h and i found good deal on some tires from a 2003 Accord lx same bolt pattern but smaller size. It is 205/r6515/92h would it make that much of a diffence? I am fairly new to Honda's and would like some sound advice..The dealership said it should be fine because the have same rotors,ect,ect.. Thanks in advance for any input...

205/60/16 currently?

A 205/65/15 tire is not going to fit......the wheel is an inch smaller in diameter than your current set.

For the future the tire reading is as follows

width/sidewall height % of width/wheel diameter

There is plenty of clearance? And it is the same bolt pattern?

I don't think you're grasping what I'm saying.

You cannot put 205/65/15 tires onto a 16" wheel. You physically cannot do it. The tire is 1" too small in diameter. You need a xxx/xx/16 tire to put on your 16" wheel.

If you are talking about a 15" WHEEL with a 205/65/15 TIRE that is 5x114.3 then that is a completely different story but is not what you asked.

You can use the following website to see that they will come out to be approximately identical in size.

In that case you should be fine - your speedometer will not be affected much at all.

Though 15's on a 6th gen may look too small - I'm guessing these are steelies with hubcaps?
