well from what i gathered from that horrible sentence is....
1. your 02 sensor wires were ripped apart and it caused your ECU fuse to blow out alot.
2. you disconnected the ecu fuse? or the O2 sensor?
you need to fix the o2 sensor. Replace the ECU fuse. Start car and test it. If that doesnt work, get your CEL codes and look up what they mean. I know you have a CEL right now.

my sentence and discription was fine. if you have brains and passed english in school, you would be able to read and understand what i have explained! wich you have done so a cirten extent good job.
the o2 harnes is currently disconected."the o2 sencer is has not been taken out!" i'm assuming that the wires could of blown my ecu because of the fact that they were expossed and touching wich caused my ecu fuese to blow. my question is, why does my car start and idle fine and when i drive why does fuel cut out a 4,000 rpm

probably becuase you have your o2 sensor unhooked, its gonna thow a CEL and is causing this to happen.
The 02 sensor does alot more than you may think. So you need to fix the o2 sensor first.
