Icon6 92 Accord Ex Code 43/Timing issues

Hey everyone,
I have a 92 Honda Accord that is having some issues, and I'd just like to try and get some help here.

When I first start the car, it runs great for about 10-20 minutes. Then it starts to shake just a little bit while I'm hitting the gas. If I let off the gas or put the car in neutral, the shuddering goes away (My dad who was a mechanic at Honda for a few years told me that this feels like a timing issue, and could be the distributor or the timing belt).

After about 15-20 minutes of city driving, my check engine light turns on. I've cleared it a few times to recheck it and it is definitely a code 43: Fuel Supply System. My own research has shown me that most people blame a bad O2 sensor in this case and suggest that I start there.

Also, after my CEL turns on, if I put the car in park, it idles like this:

My question is this: Would a bad O2 sensor cause my engine to stutter/misfire and behave like this after driving for a bit, or is that really a timing issue?

Any and all help would be appreciated.
Thank you!

If your car idles like that you have to fix the vacuum leak before doing anything else. It could just be the vacuum leak itself, but more than likely you have more than one issue.

Hunting idle is usually attributed to the IAC valve. Check that it is clean and not carbon/soot fouled.
A higher than normal idle is attibuted to the FITV valve becoming a little sloppy. Check the Accord FAQ at the top of the page on how to rectify these two issues.
