Door wire harness question
hi, I just got new doors for my 1997 Accord wagon.
Upon inspection before changing them I noticed the main door wire harness is a tad bigger on my original doors than it is on the new ones I got which are from a regular accord.
I imagine I'll have to splice the old harness to the new doors but I'm wondering why they are different?
Whats the extra space for? Is there wires that will need to be omitted from the new doors?
my car: 97 accord wagon ex power window/locks
car from which I got the new doors: 96 or 97 accord ex v6 power window/locks
OK NEVERMIND,
i just figured it out, the sedan has no door speakers in the rear doors hence the different harness

The rear door won't have the spacers for your speakers either...you will have work out an alternative. The door shells are identical but the speaker/harness are the differences
