Default 1996 HONDA ACCORD EX OVERHEATING

Can someone help me please, my 1996 accord has been overheating, I don't see a leak anywhere, the overflow tank top keeps popping off and the water evaporates, then the temp needle gradually shoots up to the red, I have to continue to put water in the radiator and overflow tank, what am I doing wrong? I've already replaced the thermostat, any suggestions?

well is your fan working? and I believe it can mean a sign of a blown head gasket

The fan on the passenger side comes on when I turn the car off, I don't think the fan on the drivers side is working, when is that one supposed to come on?

also on a cold start open the radadiator cap when on to see if you see any water movement from the water pump if you have a smooth idle you will see a little slushing around in there

replace your rad. i just did it for the same reasons, and the drivers side fan won't come on unless the raditor is full. I found that out too.
