Default 1996 Accord EX

I was just wondering if anyone knows where I can find a diagram of the in dash fuse box (including relays) for a 96 Accord EX 2.2L. Or if anyone knows the part number for a starter cut relay for that model please let me know. I have been unable to start my car and when I tested it I am not getting power to the starter (smaller wire) but when I turn the key I am getting voltage through the starter fuse under the dash. Any ideas what else I should check?

Ok, good job getting the post up. Have you traced the starter wire? Made sure it did not ground out or anything like that?

It's attached to the clutch pedal hanger. The switch plunger interacts with the clutch pedal and doesn't allow the engine to crank until the pedal's depressed.
They often run afoul of someone's size 11 (triple wide), and go misadjusted

The clutch starter over-ride switch is fine, unfortunately. Any other possibilities? I still havent been able to try checking the starter relay because I dont have a diagram or part # to find which one it is. Is that a good possibility or should I look eldewhere?

Not sure about the starter cut relay, never heard of it. The only relay involved in the starter wiring is the PGM-FI main relay. Other than that there is the brake check circuit and on automatic equipped vehicles there is also the A/T gear position switch.
