Well here we are again let's wrap our heads around this one
So I changed part after part on this honda accord me and a friend are stumped we did vacuum tests everything is good except when I press the brake my idle jumpes around. Also if I bring the cars speed up to 40 plus mph and brake hard it will stall. This is even if the ac is on or off. If I fix this I will be finished with it for the most part. But like I said I've changed every part but not the IAC Valve. If you ask me I might as well do it it can only help. Let me know if its the right thing to do to fix it or what. Thanks guys and gals

It's not that blocked off vacuum hose completely had no power brakes any more so there wouldn't be any extra vacuum on the motor and yet again the car stalled after a 40 plus mph hard stop. Idle still jumps around when I start the car press brake peddle down rappedly it will keep jumping for 3-5 min until

Manual. Wow today it stalled and won't start up again :-0 wtf ##%%¥¥£€......

Ok I want to go through every thing I've done so far.
I replaced main fuel relay
I replaced fuel pump
I changed the engine control module
I checked for spark at a spark plug there was spark

I tested volts from plug that goes to the fuel pump as well as the fuel sending unit it was only getting 4.5 volts and that was with key in the on position

I checked all fuses under the hood they are good and getting 12 volts to them

Do I need to rewire the car in order for it to work right again?
Or what's the next step.

If you are only getting 4.5V at the pump, need to work your way forward and find out "why".

If you back probe at the main relay - what is the voltage there?

Ok started going through the steps and I get power from the #1 wire witch is white with green stripe
And #5 witch is red with white stripe but not from #7 the black with yellow stripe. I tryed a jumper wire and got the fuel pump to come on and still no start
With out the jumper and the relay is back in I turn the key in the on position the check engine light comes on but dose not turn off and no fuel pump the fuse box under dash has all good fuses good grounds as from what I can tell the same for the ones under the hood is it my computer or did I mess something

If you want to know if this is a fuel pressure/supply issue you get a fuel pressure tester from harbor freight and hook it up. Lay the hood on it with the gauge facing you on the windshield and see if fuel pressure drops off when it stalls.

Its possible the metal mesh filter on the outside of the iacv is clogged.

Sorry for being like that but I stand by what I said it is not for my car .

This was the problem with the car the pickup tube was bent so every time I came to a hard stop the fuel pump was not getting the fuel it needed . Plus the gas tank had a big dent under it so that's why it would stall on hard stops thanks JJ out of tucson for fixing the problem.

Well, you're wrong.
