1993 Accord SE Violent Shaking in Reverse
When you shift into reverse there is a violent shaking with your foot on the brake. Anyone know what is causing this, I can presume it is tranny related. Any similiar experiences?

It is in the entire car. From the steering wheel to the seats. What is the front torque rod? Never heard of such a part. Hopefully it is not embedded within the tranny somewhere
OR
Is this an external part like a transmission mount that connects from the tranny to the chasis?

you see that big dogbone looking mount right in front of the rad thats the front torque rod. vibration is either front or back mount I changed my front and it eliminated about 80% of the vibration

Re: (Stealthman80)
I looked at the front mount a few minutes ago actually it looks pretty solid. What sort of if any play should I see from it? It felt pretty sturdy etc. Not loose or anything like that. I do not know much about worn mounts from motor to transmission, never had a problem with any car I have ever owned. Until now I guess
