1993 Accord LX Performance Problems
Hey Every one having a few problems with the accord
First off one day I drove pretty far about 100 miles back and forth
So it started misfiring alot on the way back
Did a full tune up
Spark Plug Wire,Spark Plugs,Rotor,Distributor cap,Fuel filter,Oil and Filter
Its running alot better its not missing like before but you can still feel sputter
You can feel that all the power isnt there on take off and high speeds freeway
and to top it off I get a Check Engine Light after I start driving for about 4 miles
and it goes away as soon as I shut off and turn on the car
Second Problem is with my gas On the dash the indicator goes down when I hit the brakes when I'm driving and come to a full stop
The harder and more frequently I hit the brakes the indicator drop even more
Anyone have any idea whats going on with my ride?

Re: 1993 Accord LX Performance Problems
from your description my first thought is the T-belt may have jumped a tooth. the tune up helped some but the timing could still be off. this seems likely to me since worn/faulty tune-up items can compound the effects.
checking the cam timing would be top priority for me.
EDIT: oh! pull the code to see what the CEL was about.
