Icon2 1991 Honda Accord LX Transmission maybe TCU

I have a 1991 Honda Accord. After getting the car out of a mound of snow i noticed that there was a red-pinkish fluid under my car as i drove off. The car drove fine that day. The next week my car would alternate from being fine and driving fine to the s light flashing and the care having no real driving power and not shifting gears. I refilled my car with transmission fluid to see if this was being caused by a leak and this seemed to fix the problem of the s light and gears and never again have i noticed pink fluid under my car dripping or leaking. Over the next two weeks my car has sometimes started in this mode where my speed is hindered and not highway capable. Sometimes the car starts up and its fine and sometimes it either stops having issues altogether or just goes back to not shifting gears aka no power mode. I had a mechanic look at my trannie line and he said their are no issues there. I would love to just take to any mechanic and pay any price but i am a cash strapped college student who uses his car for deliveries. If anyone could give me advice on this issue it would be greatly appreciated

Check for codes first, both check engine codes and tcu codes.

^ This.

Two wire blue connector over by the passenger sidekick panel.
Jumper with a wire/paperclip.
Turn ignition switch to II(ON).
Watch for blinking codes from CEL/D4/S-Light.
