1990 Honda Accord Lx: BIG PROBLEMS!
Within the past few days my car has turned into ****. The driving/parking lights arent working, the dash lights arent working, the speedometer needle doesn't move, and the gear shift wont move, unless i push something down into the "shift lock release" and now this morning I discovered that the windows wont go down! I checked all the fuses & replaced the ones that were blown, but everything is still fucked up. Someone PLEASE explain to me what this might be! Thanks so much!!

you got some big wiring issues, Your going to have to check wire by wire to find out why your shorting everything out , Volt meter is your new best friend ,

Re: (Evil Monkey)
Im in the westend. I actually looked at my fuse box that is inside the car and the ECU fuse was blown, so i replaced that & everything seemed to work. Im not sure about the lights yet, but ill see once it gets dark. Everything else seemed to work, but the speedometer needle still isnt moving. Im so frustrated!! Thanks for your help though.
oh and i checked all the fuses under the hood, i replaced the ones that were blown but im not sure which ones i replaced.
