Default 02 Accord - misfiring and losing power

I have a 2002 Accord coupe, 4 cyl VTEC 2.3 EX. Whenever I'm slowing down (for stop light, traffic, turning to go up a hill, etc) and I get to about 15-20 MPH and then hit the gas (light turns green, traffic starts moving, accelerating to get up the hill, etc) my car jerks and stutters as if it's misfiring. I've taken off the dist cap to see if it had oil inside of it, but it's clean. I've changed the plugs, wires, dist cap, rotor.. no luck. The coil pack looks fine, hardly any corrosion. My only other thoughts on what it could be are: 1. Bad fuel injector(s). 2. VTEC solenoid needs to be cleaned/replaced. That issue has been going on for awhile. The next issue, however is new. I've been losing a lot of power while accelerating (in 2nd and 3rd gear) and the engine feels like it's pulsating when I'm accelerating. The p1259 code came up so I added some oil. Now, I've had the p1259 come on before since my engine burns through oil, but I've never had the dropped power and pulsating engine. What do you guys think?

***Also, engine gets really loud around 3000-3500 RPMs***
