This pass winter I chassis tuck'd the bay,abs delete, power steering delete and redid all of the suspension.
I'm starting the engine build next month pretty excited about that. Gonna be building a mild comp B20V with BC goodies.
Here's the progress during the winter months of the bay.

Wonder what she looked like when you first her?? Definitely can appreciate what you've done with the car, even the little things that may not do a whole lot in terms of increasing performance. Also the practicality behind your decisions in what you do with your car.
When I first picked her up it was sitting on Tokico shocks, springs and a set of blades. Needed a detail super bad.
First picture was her first wash by me in Texas and the other 2 I did a quick detail on it.

See a lot of hate on the rear camber of my car lol, but understandable. That was from when I was all about stance and going slow, car is currently boosted and handles ok, but I'm currently looking for better and smaller hub centric spacers, and reducing the camber to 0 in the rear

Any recent pics of your turbo setup?
Re: DB Squad.....for the Teggers with 2 extra doors
Picture right after I boosted it, stock b20, 2 days after tune I blew it up, ringlands on all 4 Pistons gave away, rebuilt the bottom end new main bearings etc, believe the new compression with the high comp b20 pistons and p8r head is 10:1, got it retuned and made 274hp, 270tq, running strong since then, 60-1 Garrett

MANNNN this my same old one LOL! It went down back in 2013 and i tore it apart and @ this time I had a really good change in career that unfortunately put this thing on hold. I've been eating away at it slowly though. I was fitting the JDM front on it yesterday. If I pull it out of the garage today and get to mess with it I'll snap some more pics of what it looks like now man

The car as a whole looks great, like I mentioned earlier. I wont discredit your efforts because it's not a shitty looking build. It's just the way those wheels were adjusted to sit on the car didn't make sense to me. It almost looks like the rear wheels are running a wider spacer than the front wheel. The lack of negative camber in the front looks unnatural and puts a huge emphasis on the extreme camber in the rear. But thats just my opinion. At the end of the day, the only real opinion that matters is yours.

Re: DB Squad.....for the Teggers with 2 extra doors
the more i see the itr wing on the sedans, the more they grow on me. hmmm.....may have to add that to my build list
Re: DB Squad.....for the Teggers with 2 extra doors
Do it!
mine was still champ white in that pic lol
got it paint matched now as well as a spare pair of side skirts I have. but now it looks weird with the black si vtec lip. gonna get a '97 itr lip and paint match it to even the over all car out.
I personally think the itr db8 wing looks good paint matched with paint matched side skirts & front lip(whether its itr 97 or itr 98&up or jdm front)
shaved side moldings as well, but no point in doing that unless u absolutely NEED paint job!

Re: DB Squad.....for the Teggers with 2 extra doors
sup fellas, happy memorial day weekend!
I been on the fence lately of selling my db7
I hate to part it out since it takes time but i would get most of my money back
I hate to sell it to someone and they end up parting it out to make money out of my lost
I just don't drive this thing and unmotivated to paint it again (I have all the supplies - high build primer, cw base, clear (rm diamont) for the whole car and all the proper tools to do a professional paint job myself)
I even went to the extent of buying a new rear bumper, all new exterior moldings, rubber weather stripping and trim pieces. I wanted this car clean as if I was the first owner in 1994.
Then there is the issue of thief on my shoulder preventing me to drive it since the car is itr everything and stands out like a sore thumb. It is no sleeper by any means.
I doubt i can get any more then 6k for it all in one piece right now, I told my girl if someone paid me 10k i give them everything but thats just a dream.
Being this deep into a build, it requires a specific buyer to buy and finish off this car.
What you guys think? sell or keep on to it
I am for sure going to cut down on my fleet of vehicles got too many but this white db is a hard decision.

Re: DB Squad.....for the Teggers with 2 extra doors
For all the 94-97 front end guys. I'm trying to install my OEM Stanley fogs. I cut out the square on the grill. Matched up the 2 holes on the fogs, and bumper. However, when i throw the screws on, and try to put the cover on it doesn't sit flush at all. Anyone got any tips, or advice that would help?
Thanks in advance

Re: DB Squad.....for the Teggers with 2 extra doors
I'm nowhere near as deep as you are into your DB, but i've been contemplating the same thoughts lately. I think as far as depreciation goes, the going price for a DB isn't going to drop dramatically in the next year or two. But dont sit on it too long if it's not being driven. Maybe consider selling the car complete but parting things such as window visors, ITR interior pieces, and anything you can pull out and replace to stock. In the event you decide to sell and need a stock piece that I happen to have, consider it yours.
my car I consider it like a low rider only for joy rides or bring it to places where I know I can keep my eye on it. Everything has changed on this car and original parts were junk/sold due to storage constraints. I don't think it is wise to even put it back to stock but I do thank you for your offer!
Right now I am just leaving my thoughts here to see if one of the squad members is interested in continuing the build. I am in no rush to move on. If a part out happens I would start first with my seats f/r including door panels as a set.
This db is a non sunroof version and is bar'ed so I would hate to sell the chassis to the metal yard as I did with previous partout vehicles.
enough of the depressed story. I would like to take it to the db bbq before anything happens. Hope my schedule works out for it.

Sup Hung.. Good hearing from you man. Kinda bummed of hearing you contemplating on giving up on the DB.. I wished I would've known sooner since my good close friend just purchased a 1owner 99' DB7.. Heck, if I had 10k I'd definitely buy your car and all its goodies... I'd personally say keep it man since it took hard work and patience to get your DB looking proper and still not mentioning the hassle of having it BAR'D.. Maybe you can sell other cars from your fleet instead of the DB? If you must part ways from her, then ultimately, parting out is your best bet to get the most of your money back but you already mentioned. Either way bro, I hope you truly bring her out 1 more time when a DB BBQ is held sometime this year hopefully. And for whatever reason if you decide to part out please keep me in mind for your interior (front seats, rear seats, door panels, window visors).. Best of luck bud.
PS.. Gotta do a new photoshoot now bro. Lmk. This time lets hit up the docks..

whaaa people selling their cars?
i need to save up money and re-live someone else's DB dreams. i get into arguments with the GF all the time about prospective car purchases, but who knows with the leases ending next year.
