i dont want to be an ***. but that air flow "Faster in an out the better" youre talkig about is for boost. A stock motor will loose power with a free flowing exhaust. Built engines on the other hand is a different case, they make power via the header when it comes to exhaust side. back to what i originally said tho " A 3 inch exhaust is overkill for a stock CTR motor."

Hytech is the **** when it comes to a header for our cars hands down.I agree with Avi in the sense that a tested and proven header will make the most power on our cars and the header needs to restrict the flow properly to make power.
