Why did you pop the hood?? They have no legal right to look under the hood. If a cop pulls you over and ask for you to pop the hood, just say NO, i know my rights and tell them to get a warrant and then you'll pop the hood. And no cop will go threw all that trouble just to look under the hood.

Yikes! That sucks. Luckily we dont have to worry about that stuff here... but I was speeding, my tint is illegal, and I had no front plate as well as a bunch of other stuff he could have probably got me for... and he just left it with the citation for running the light (which I dont think I did). Oh well, you win some, you lose some.

we were at a gas startion and he came to me and my friends it was like 4 cars and tolld all of us to open or hood he was just being a dick bro straight up cops open my hood all the time they let me go this time he was just being a *** cuz it dint have a carb sticket on it hella BS

my cousin is a chp officer and he told me they have no right to ask you to open your hood without a warrant at all they can argue with you all they want but its the law no warrant no hood pop my civic is bard and i got pulled over and i told him and he said pop your hood and i was show me a warrant letting you and he was ok your good to go no get push over by them theres some good guys and there some ********

Thanks, I haven''t got it tune, so the car is just sitting in the Garage, Don't want to drive it unless its tune, so its gonna be awhile. I don't have time to tune the car untill next week or so.
