Got the new rear UCA's on. Stupid bolts were frozen in the bushing so the aftermath of my dremel and grinder is what you see below.

Do what you want man, you're building your car to make you happy, not everyone else, go with your gut on stuff like this rather than follow what everyone else does. I'm probably painting my car a Mazda color in the next year or two, you know why? cause I like it...

FAUX front LIP, solution or wackness?

I like the OEM Si lips, smaller profile etc., hard to find, expensive, even they give ground clearance issues.

After some thought I decided to my give my sedan a faux lip since the ek front bumper has somewhat of a natural lip shape. Please disregard rest of paint job.

What do you use to burn bushings? I tried propane but didn't seem hot enough, then I ended up using map which was way better.

Yeah i would have loved to have used map gas but i used propane. Just had to be patient. It wasn't too bad but maybe that was because the bushings were pretty worn out and cracked.

Awesome pictures guys, it's great to see this thread still going strong. I gave up on my sedan for a while, but it gets in your blood, even with my d16y7 (w/ exedy racing clutch, light weight flywheel, and JDM ex tranny)

Budget performance!!

Anytime after August, lemme know when you head to Willow Springs. I'd love to come out and see this thing run! It's going to be a long time before the coupe gets out and runnning, at least we have the shop Fit to play with.

Spent one hell of a weekend wrenching away. Did a rear disc swap with 90% brand new parts. hardest part was getting the original trailing arms out. every single bolt fought me haha. Next week im replacing inner and outer tie rods an getting a big dirty alignment

Ditched the Dc2 and picked up a new project. My 3rd sedan I got for $1,200. Inspection was last done 12/05 and seems to run flawless. Will be checking it over this weekend at work.

God damn, that thing looks immaculate. Glad to see you found a set of red/clear tails. I second Henry's request for more pics!

Henry, you have the H-swap up and running yet?
