Default Stealing a car, what the charge in court? He went to court today, no word of him.. (long story)

I told him to decide whatever he had to say guilty or not for breaking into a car in the junkyard. He went to the court and I have not seen him at home later after work. One of his young brother say, he won the court as saying he was guilty and did not pay the fine, I think it really bullshit that he got off without paying the fine by saying guilty. He would have told his wife at court that he doen't want to spread the word. Perhap maybe that why his young brother want to cover up for him. I understand that, I am concern as well for his car is at the shop for gsr motor swap is due to pay at Friday. I have no words from him what he plan to pay for the motor swap, He in serious trouble. I went to his house today twice, he not even home. I smell alot of bullshit from his brother but still worry about my homie. Click the image to open in full size. it really suck to see a homie steal a car at junkyard. Virginia Laws are strict. Don't even try to steal someone's newpapers in the morning. It not even worth it. Click the image to open in full size. Anybody have any idea what can happen to him? Fine? Jailtime? He on 1,000 dollars bond on 2 tickets after he got out of court last month. One for lacarcy theft and one for using bulary tool, that two tickets. He was trying to steal the honda civic coupe 1995 gauge clusters because his 92 eg gas and temp needle doen't work after installing the white gauge face. Damn. I don't know what he doing now. I hope his brother doen't bullshit me with lies. I respects if my homie want privacy. Click the image to open in full size. All I could think is, in life, do something right and work hard to get what we want, stealing thing is the dumbest thing, It scare me alot right now about the Laws and the God. Let hope we all Honda-Tech members continue the best of hope and life for doing right things.

Having had my car broken into twice, stolen once and damaged both times I can honestly say I hope he gets the electric chair. Unfortunately he won't but such is life. Thiefs should get the death penalty.

I understand you are concerned for your friends but he got caught breaking the law. He made the choice so he needs to suffer the consequences of his actions.

I have no sympathy for thieves . . .

He's probably in jail if he was already on bond. If he was out he would have most likely called you. At elast that's what all of my "friends" did when they got out of jail. Hell, they even called me from jail.
