Default So, the Civic Type R is coming to the US... what do you think?

Pretty sure its to compete with the SVT-4 Neon... seeing as its in the same price range, Honda showing the rest of the world that it doesnt need a turbo and 200+ ft lbs to get their cars hauling ARSE...

Whos looking to buy one come this fall? Click the image to open in full size.

Click the image to open in full size. Honda needs to step up man.
Mazda now holds the handling crown and Dodge holds one for power. Maybe the R will out handle the Mazda, but Honda is falling behind.

I wouldnt call it "falling behind" - its more like not listening to what the customers want. Everyone bitched how the Neon was a gay, slow, POS that lacked power...

Now its still gay and some could call slow, but its got a nice beefy powerplant. Click the image to open in full size.

Who knows what the future could hold, and this doesnt effect me at all because my local Honda dealership only sells sedans and the new Si... Click the image to open in full size.

I think it should swim its *** back to Japan so Honda engineers can fit a turbo to it, so it can compete with some of it's "competitors"

heres an idea do some research on the new civics chasis they dont have front double wishbone suspension anymore...they use torsio bars and struts like the first gen crx and 3rd gen civics kinda old technology...it works for freeing up space in the engine bay and all but i like the 88-00 suspension better

Here is an idea, do some reasearch and learn what the **** you are talking about. the New SIs and RSX's DO NOT have torsion bars you moron. They have macpherson strut type suspension.

Just because something isn't double wishbone does it mean that it's torsion bar.

Holly crap did you put your ******* foot in your mouth.
