A couple definitions just incase anyone is interested in loading to sell/resell.

(10) The term "manufacturer" means any person engaged in the business of manufacturing firearms or ammunition for purposes of sale or distribution; and the term "licensed manufacturer" means any such person licensed under the provisions of this chapter.

(17)(A) The term "ammunition" means ammunition or cartridge cases, primers, bullets, or propellent powder designed for use in any firearm.
So, I didn't buy these bullets at a store or anything; they were given to me by the school I attend. But they were in a small box, so I imagined they were previously purchased somewhere and then given to the students; so that means I'm good to sell these?

It is not illegal as long as your buyer is of age and isn't barred from owning guns and ammo. If you're selling by volume it would be different, but a few private sales are no big deal.

Yes, you did not reload these so there is no issue. Plus its not a like a surplus... BOL

If only you had 9mm for cheap, CA is lacking good/cheap (Winchester) 9mm rounds. Hell a few places I have called said they stopped because the small primers for 9mm got so damn expensive. LOL
