Default Laptop touchpad & finger numbness?

While at work, I have to use my laptop to feed my HT addiction. Well, the tip of my index finger is kinda numb now. Going on day 3.

Anyone ever experienced this? I'm having to resort to using my middle finger.

Or I could buy a USB mouse. I think I'll wait until I cant feel my hand before I do that.

I've had something like that. Not quite numb, but the tip of my finger almost has a raw feeling after I did a few day marathon on the laptop.

get a usb, rf or bluetooth mouse. I have a convertible tablet notebook, so using my finger for navigation works out for me

Yeah last night I stole the USB mouse from one of the office mgrs desks. Came in tonight, and I guess she took it home. All the other "mice" around here are ps2 connections which my lappy doesnt support.

don't get a small usb mouse, cramps your hand, get a logitech mx revolution, FREAKIN ROCKS, or a vx.

actually they don't cramp your hand once you get used to them, i've got a small usb targus laser that works great, upgraded to a mx revolution, now my hand hardly leave the mouse, just to type.

I do love Logitech. They always make great products. I'll check out this "mx revolution" you speak of.

just whack your hand on the desk or up against a wall until you feel your fingertips again.

hopefully, j00 won't break your hand in the process.

maybe you need to learn to use more than one finger.
