Default Hwy 10 CA-AZ Indio area Indian Casino

From AZ to CA on hwy 10. There is a Casino with a very large gas station. Does anyone know the name of the Casino?

From experience, it's the cheapest station in the area along hwy 10, and it's not the rip off prices that other stations charge you. And it's about the only station along the hwy 10 before you get near Riverside and such.

It's sort of at a (right) turn. And by the time you see it (going 80 MPH) it's too late and hard to make the stop. But the actual casino building can be seen maybe 1/4 mile back.

What is the casino's name so I can prepare? It's near Indio-Palm Springs.

TIA

I'm pretty sure you are talking about the huge trucker gas station at casino Morongo.

I tired that. But I could be about an hour or two off, so that's a lot of web time.

Yes, that area. But it's not Agua Caliente because I know where that is. And Agua Caliente would be on the left (not right) if heading into CA (LA).

This one is one the "right" side of hwy 10.

then it's fantasy springs, which is on the north side of the 10 freeway.

the south side is Valley Sanitary District, one of my clients

Morongo for sure. I make that drive all the time and always stop there. The restrooms inside the actual casino are the best/cleanest place to take a **** on the 10.

If you exit Dillon off the 1-10 in Indio and head North you'll come across a Travel Centers of America and a Loves. Both of them are truck stops, both of them have cheap gas. The gas station in Morongo is a pain in the ***. The round about they have there is the worst design.

^ Yeah, no kidding. I avoid that area like the plague.

Luckily when I'm in that area (usually at night), there's never too much traffic. Just a bunch of truckers.

Another area to get cheap gas is a little off the Monroe exit, pretty much center of Indio. Go all the way down Monroe towards HWY 111, make a left on Fred Waring (a short and sharp curved road), and then a right on Indio Blvd. I forgot what it's called, but they have cheap gas and race gas as well just in case you run 101 octane in you're mad tyte B16 hatch

Thats Clarks. The guys headed to Glamis usually stop to fuel up there. Honestly there are a ton of cheap stations to stop at along the 10 in the Indio/Palm Springs area. AM/PM off Monterey Exit, AM/PM off Cook, AM/PM off Palm Drive, and the Valero off Ramon Road are all good places to check out.

There you go; I live here and couldn't even think of the name

But yeah, troof to the rest of your post. Almost all AM/PM or Valero stations off any of the freeway exits here will be cheap. Circle K, Shell, etc are all expensive as hell.

If you are coming down I-5, I would recommend taking 210 which becomes I-10. 8 out of 10 times, heading into L.A. is bad. However, if you go that way, watch for the mad-right you got to take to get off of I-5. People don't always let you so becareful. Go slow and WOT or any combo inbetween.

Yeah, the first time I was there it was like WTF. Not just with me, but how other drivers view it too. Even if you get pissed off, that wakes you up a bit. It adds as a nice mental (puzzle) break if you already been on the road for X hours.
