Default How to remove wheel lock lug with no key?

So, I recently came across yet another indicator that somebody shouldn't own an automobile The dipshit who owned the lolara previously sold the TSW 17's that came on the car and put some pizza cutter ES300 15's on. They came with the fifth locking lugnut, not the Gorilla style, but the bullshit perfectly round style with the retarded pentagon shape in the face. Looked just like a Toyota OEM lock, so I take it to the stealer...they tell me their keys won't fit (watched them use an entire set) so they send me across the street to Lexus...they tell me their keys won't fit. Sooo, WTF am I going to do now? I can't just call McGard and tell them to send me a key, because they literally make a dozen different ones and I have no way of knowing which one I need. If they are even McGard at all, and not an aftermarket knockoff. Thoughts of my Sawzall and justhere4aday come to mind, but I'm trying to use these wheels and all-season tires through at least winter lol.

i always do the the guy in the video does.

but he's using the breaker bar wrong. he doesn't have to take it off the socket completely every time he needs to get it into position again, just swivel it the opposite direction, lol.

a good tire/wheel shop should have all sorts of lug keys.

i have wheel locks on my crx and i was surprised when my tire shop didn't need my key to remove the wheels!

take a 12pt 19mm socket and pound onto the lug. Impact off. Profit.

It depends on the wheel lock key design. Some are so fragile that they cave in on to the stud. But an extractor socket will do the trick on most wheel lock designs. U just have to hammer it on and zip it off with the gun. Takes 5min if everythig is in good condition.

Go to a local tire shop.

I once went to a Fire Stone type place to get new tires installed on my rims (HRE's w/locks) and the tech took the locks off without using my keys.

Yep, they sell universal kits with tons of keys inside for tire shops and such.

try that really powerful bonding glue. Was it called cold weld epoxy? If that still doesn't work see if you can get someone to weld a rod to it or something
