How to know if TSB/Recall has been performed on used car???
Just like the title asks, is there any way to tell if a recall or TSB has been performed on a used car? Looking at several pricey used vehicles (Volvos, Acuras, etc) that have know issues with known repairs/TSB/recalls and want to ensure fixes have been made before purchase.

The manufacturer *should* have this in their records, as submitted by the dealerships when the repair was done.
I just went through this on the Turbo Pig. I got a letter from Volvo about a headlight switch recall, turns out two other (old) recalls had not been taken care of on my car by the previous owner, and had never been caught at the other Volvo dealer in town.
